Rachel Morris – Grant Writer

Rachel Morris is a writer on many levels. In addition to authoring informative newspaper articles, she spent twelve years as a technical writer in the computer industry authoring guides for engineers as well as the general public.

After many years of successful community organizing, she founded VCCool (Ventura Climate Care Options Organized Locally) in 2006. During her nine-year tenure, she wrote well over a million dollars of successful grant applications. She is continuing her winning streak, as she broadens her scope with exciting new client projects.

Rachel comes to the world of contract grantsmanship and consulting as an insider, with an understanding of timing, components, and the significance that grants play in making the changes so needed in our world.

Rachel is also a musician and songwriter, with a passion for dance in all forms, and an affinity for Cuban snorkeling.
